Apology for late reply, it just drops randomly, some of the later levels have a high drop rate for legendary weapons but wanting a specific one pretty much still boils it down to a 2% chance

ok to get dark marrow you need play online and start new game press story and start the first lvl ( with villian ) (anyone) and keep playing tell you see the first lvl again and then (just to make sure) finish the first lvl and go out YOU will get him

it drops randomly, highest chance to get one is in stage 12 or "the pinnacle" which has a 22% drop rate fpr legendaries so about 2% for a specific legendary
