Every single time I go through the portal after shooting the symbols I just spawn in the air and die to fall damage

No matter what I do the orb just disappears. About 3 seconds and I don’t even get a chance. Doesn’t matter if I killed the zombies or not. Multiple people in my game have the ice staff. Do they all have to be present in the Dark Aether at the same time for it to work?

You need all players in the match to be near the orb with them killing zombies for enough to go in. Genuinely impossible to do in public matches unless you all have mic’s and agree to do it. Horrible gameplay design.

No you have to be really close to the orb, same happened to me, killing tons of zombies but kept failing because I was too far.

Apparently when you’re playing with others everyone needs to be close not just you. That’s what I did wrong when I was trying to do it people were in the main part and I was by the orb solo 😂

It’s genuinely impossible to upgrade the staff on public match/4 player. You need all 4 players near the orb for enough zombie souls to go in. Really hope they fix this abomination of a map this week. Idk how this shit got green lit at the studio 💔
