Outlaw does indeed give u topspeed and acceleration but chidori often gives you acceleration and nitrous plus chidori is labeled ingame as the best choice for drag racing

You should only spin for outlaw parts, because then there is a bigger chance that you will get a part you "can" use. Whenever i need to fully upgrade a car with a specific brand, I always spin for the brands, this way you will probably get a lot more 3 perk parts, TRUST ME
