You should only spin for outlaw parts, because then there is a bigger chance that you will get a part you "can" use. Whenever i need to fully upgrade a car with a specific brand, I always spin for the brands, this way you will probably get a lot more 3 perk parts, TRUST ME

Toyota wont allow Forza, NFS, or any other racing game to include the supra, Since the only cara we see are all old Toyotas that are hard to get in reality, Toyota explained that it could bring less business since everyone will see the Supra, or the AE86 more in video games, and since Toyota doesn't make those car anymore (not including the new supra) it wouldn't be appealing if they added their newer car, since they're mostly fuel efficient or a family car, Toyota explained this is one of their Articles.
