Driveclub fucking rules. It's gorgeous and sounds amazing, has neat cars, and the single player is actually challenging going for all the stars. The bikes expansion was fun. I got the platinum a few months ago and wish we could be playing the sequel by now.

I don't know why but many old games have good graphics. And i prefer old games. Here are my favourite games: Nfs 2015(i love the physics, map and customization. I loved the story) Nfs underground 2 (i used to play a lot this game but i couldn't play it again because something happened to my grandparent's computer) Pcars 2 The crew 1 ultimate edition Gran turismo sport Wrc 5 Nfs mw 2005. I had the chance to play it only 2 times in my life. And i loved it

I fondly remember Project Gotham Racing and its probably why I still love playing Driveclub. Such a fun game, the graphics still hold up, and the feeling you get from just trying to hold on to the lead is better than I've had from any other racing game.

Driveclub was the perfect example that 30fps are ok with such visuals and great motionblur (motion blur is the key). I love this game so much. this game was an Alien at his time. Even on ps5 todays, no game achieve this qualitiy of graphics! Evolution Studios was the best of the best (Remember WRC s on ps2, Motorstorm ps3)

Hi, you talked me into buying Driveclub 4 months ago, and even though Sony is de-listing the game and shutting the server down, I have no regrets. I absolutely love everything about Driveclub, and if DC was managed and promoted properly, it could have been the flagship arcade racer of the PS4/5. So sad! Thanks for your great reviews and YT channel. BTW, is the motorcycle expansion worth picking up?

This game has an awesome sense of speed. Also when i first got it i wasnt a very good driver and i was playing on controller and back then i didnt really like the game because of my lack of skill. But since i've gotten a lot better and i play with a wheel nowadays i love the game. Its challenging and fun and the AI is really good and its really good racing since theyre trying really hard to pass ypu and they actually defend aswell

For all the gushing I do on Horizon 4, one thing I TOTALLY agree with BlackPanthaa on, is that you never really lose when you're racing on it. Participation prizes all the way, all the events say 'complete' even if you finish in last. Meh. Let me lose again.

'Rewind' is just like any other assist, you can switch it off. Which I've been doing since it first appeared. Not about being 'hardcore' I just find driving games more immersive with 'rewind' and 'suggested line' off.

Hell yeah, I still remember the last event against Razor in Most Wanted, all those race against a rubber man. You fail one, start over... OHHH and if you failed one of the last races, when you were SO close to winning and you made a mistake and Razor passes you. I miss being able to fail in racing games as well ^ ^

Driveclub is an amazing game i will say :) i will say with what you said about games being more difficult without being able to rewind and all, i remember literally almost crying back in Juiced 1 and Midnight Club Los Angeles when i lost a pink slip race, and lost a car that i loved, it was one of the most heartbreaking things ever, but games nowadays don't have that, racing games nowadays are too forgiving, unless you're playing online, more games need a pink slip race type, i want the chance to lose a car i've invested so much into, hell i want to lose a car like that in a pink slip race, because then it makes finally beating it to be so rewarding

I'm sure you've noticed how when playing one game constantly one enters this rythm. Like, you get good, and start noticing slight details that further push your performance beyond. But when you stop playing that game, and start trying out other ones, you sort of loose that optimization, and when coming back to the game, it feels detrimental and really hard to return to that level of profficiency, especially if the game is hard like a sim. Perhaps its arcadey feels make it easy to get back to, providing a comfortable, cushioned return instead of some massive walls to the face difficult games tend to have. Or I may as well be wrong, and all I said is rubbish. At least I tried. ;)

Did you know driveclub was inspired by pgr and it's probably the closest we will get to pgr5 And also did you know the one of the best rpgs which is witcher 3 actually based their weather system of driveclub I'm dead serious as well can link it proves driveclub still holds up to this day unlike what DC haters say and makes GT And Forza look boring as shit lol xD

The cars are so slippery, Physics are not particularly top notch on forza. Look at Driveclub, to me thats the most realistic, it gives you the most sense of speed and scares you on speed. The atmosphere, vibration, environmental effects and car damaging, scratching accurately is fantastic. Grip cars stick to the ground, they lose traction on wrong handling turns, cars matter differently in physics and to me, its perfect. What people had complain with Driveclub is that it is difficult, its about real skill and car handling, like me if you get hang of driving it really makes you feel you are driving like reality! So sad Driveclub is shutting multiplayer servers in March 2020 and removed the game officially from PS Store. End your conficts Sony, This game was and will stay to be a masterpiece. Best graphics/Quality experienced in line-up of any other game!
