Get the topspeed removal mod then drive with fully upgraded huayra and you'll get 300mph topspeed. The car can go faster but the game tops it at 300mph even with the topspeed removal mod

The All Or Nothing system works extremely well here. Think about it, cops chase you in the night time if you are careful, it makes the game chaotic as it should, you are risking your life to piss off the cops in this game
