I always enjoy the clarity and clean diction in Lisa's English raps, while she still maintains full swag and sass. When it comes to English raps especially, it's something I've noticed in several other Kpop groups' rappers. When they rap in English, they've got nice flow and cadence, but it can be almost impossible to understand half or more of the words they're rapping if you don't have the lyrics written out or displayed to look at. For Lisa, I can just close my eyes and she delivers every word gift wrapped and fully understandable. You may have to spend some time examining the deeper meanings, double and triple meanings and so on. But you don't have to do extra research trying to figure out what words she's rapping. Jennie has that excellent clarity and diction too. That's one of the things that makes BP stand out to me.

Im just like you dude Big hip hop fan and i stumbled across blackpink in 2018 and they blew my mind. I've been a fan ever since and honestly no artist gets me as excited when they have a release. There are other kpop idols i have enjoyed as well but there's something incredibly special about the way YG entertainment produces their female artists. This song was my least fave to be honest, but after seeing the energy they bring when performing this live it kinda grew on me, lol... "As If It's Your Last" typically closes the show and has a dance break where the group members and back-up dancers basically let loose at the end of the show and have a freestyle dance-off on stage, it's a lot of fun to watch!
