WHY IS THIS SO GOOD I LOVE THIS!! And the fact that you used GarageBand! It’s such an underrated program! I have a question, How did you get that cool sounding chorus? (The “aah” vocals). I use GarageBand on my iPad and the ones I have arent as good so I’m curious? Do you play with the settings on preexisting vocals or can you download new instruments off a website somewhere? (Like how you can find digital brushes for artwork on 3rd party sites)

Thanks! I use my iPhone so the instruments might be different but the “ahh vocals” are under Alchemy Synth > Vocals > Deep Harmonic Waves > Breath And then I would turn the treble down, bass up, some full-in reverb, etc. to give a ‘deeper effect’ 🤗

I believe this is the "underwhelming" feeling that some of us including the creator felt. It builds to something, but the instruments are just a bit too soft to deliver. This is due to to restrictions on the number of layers allowed by GarageBand.

Not everything needs to have a drop, especially since the vibe they are going for here is suspense and a little ominous. And it was good that she didn’t create a drop too early because it would take away the impact of the last chorus. Playing in a band is different, I too have experience in playing and a band and yes, in our case we do need some sort of a drop because for most bands they want to achieve an energetic or groovy vibe. Our instruments aren’t as versatile compared to orchestral ones in terms of tone colour and dynamics (if you’re referring to a pop song played by piano, guitar, bass, drums, etc.) Orchestral music is a little different, people can experiment more with tone colours and dynamics compared to a normal band.
