I think that true blinks won’t be ever hating Rosé cause of this song. Most of the people are mad because it’s their second full album, first album in two years and we only got 6 new songs ot4 (7 with pink venom) and now we realize and at the end we got 5 (6 with pv) cause one of the songs is a solo. I loved hard to love, it’s definitely Rosie’s vibe, but they could release it as a single or she could release it on the first concert on tour. Like it’s not fair? Not that she didn’t deserve this, but that we wanted more ot4 content that we rarely get. Also Jisoo doesn’t have a solo at all so nobody knows what she’ll be doing at their concerts🤷🏼‍♀️

I’m not mad at Rose but I do think it was wrong for yg to do when Jisoo still hasn’t gotten her solo. She’ll be the only one at their concert doing covers for her solo stage. The song should’ve been released with roses other songs or saved for her next solo release. Just feels like a slap in the face to do any solo song on a group album when only one member is still waiting for a solo release of their own. I mean in the live stream it was so sad to see the others gushing about their solos while Jisoo just say they’re with the LSG pic for her. Idk I think they should’ve saved solo songs with the next comeback and do a mix of solos and subunits 🤷‍♀️

I've seen some people somewhat complaining about this song because it's just Rosé but honestly, Rosé is the HEART of Blackpink. We've known, even before her solo (& in their documentary), that she just has this deeper appreciation for music--to put it simply she really is an artist. Also placing the song she co-wrote with Jisoo 'Yeah Yeah Yeah' along with 'Hard To Love' in the CENTER of the album says it all. Even Jennie said something along the lines of "Rosé reminded us of what music really means"...Nevertheless I'm so proud of her. I can't wait for it to impact U.S. radio!!! 💘
