My dear you really need to do your research. One Ji Soo (Jisoo) bought her own apartment. Two, Lisa sold her old one that she had bought for her mother to stay in and bought a new one in the same Building as Jisoo. Three, Jennie has already told people that she and her mother bought the house together thats 50/50 Her mother is not poor don't forget she in a VP at another entertainment business. As for Rosie she is living with her parents or in there apartment or family apartment. They have one main manager and 4 sub managers for each of the girls. They have one main luxury van that sits all 4 of them and the company supply's the other vans that sit one for the girls as needed. Though Jennie is the only one with a license she is still not allowed to drive herself that is the one thing YG will not allow. As for this luxury dorm that could be true or not but to me why would YG spend the money on trying to keep them in the same place now. Covid changed a lot of things in the company and also why would you over control your star money makers. The girls have never shown any kind of miss behavior and we know trust works both way's.

The Members usually only live in the dorm now when they are doing "things" together(ie The Album). Mainly because it's easier logistically, they are not spread out all over the city. And YGE probably owns the apartment, just as they own BlackPInk House. And YGE does still control BP and anyone else on their first contract. Their fingers are in everything, and nothing can be done without their say so.
