so, I decided to keep track of the days that I did this and how I felt doing it :)) also, I haven't worked out in *MONTHS* but before that I used to be quite athletic (jussayin) DAY 1: I decided to run on the tredmil bfo I started but that was SUCH a bad idea! (for now) I legit had a black out, and my heart started beating so fast I almost passed out. I didnt see anything (obviously, bc I had a black out, either wayyy...) I spot the 'off' button somehow and got off the tredmil. I fell but luckily I fell on the couch. I tried shouting out so my mom could come and help because I couldn't breathe, but for some reason I couldnt hear myself which scared me, I thought I was gonna die ahaha! So I screamed really loudly, then my mother came out, (also, I still couldn't see anything) and she asked me what happened and stuff, after a while I started hearing and seeing (the black outs happen often to me, my dad says its bc of dehydration or sth) and so yea. then I drank water and started doing the work out. keep in mind that I still couldn't breathe well at that time. but surprisingly doing this workout has helped me breathe well today, I feel really fresh now! (though I'm sweating buckets lmaooo and my wrists hurt a little. ACTUALLY no they hurt kinda more than a little hahah) THANK👏🏻YOU👏🏻FOR👏🏻MAKING👏🏻THIS👏🏻VIDEO!! it saved my life ahahahahahaa cant WAIT for day 2 babyyyy! DAY 2: gave another try on the tredmil, but this time I had a water bottle with me (cause yk the DeHyDraTiOn shit ahahaha) and thankfully nothing rly happened exept for the fact that I kinda got SUUUPER tired and my heart kinda started beating really really *reallyyyy* fast like before, BUT i got off the tredmil (as I've ran on it for almost an hour) and drank some water. then I started the workoooouuuuttt!!!!!! ooh, so, today I streched a lot before starting so it was a MUCH better experience! and sOoOo, I did the workout which made me breathe better, (i think i have breathing problem. FUN -_- ) anyway, I think my hips hurt a bit during the workout (im struggling with the poses) but after the workout it was no biggie. DAY 3: so today I was kinda under the weather because of some stuff going on in school, also, I feel numb, prolly bc of yesterday's workout, but I pushed thru and did the workouuut! before I started doing the workout I was 45kg, and now I'm 44kg! I also cleaned out my diet and started eating more veggies and fruits as well! also, my legs slimmed down and I noticed that my stomach started getting a bit toned! *favourite and most effective workout I've tried so far!* DAY 4: skipped today because of exams :( DAY 5: I'm so happy oml! its so cool that my stomache is THIS toned! I wish I could add pictures here! this totally upped my confidence! But today I also feel some sort of pain on my elbow, which is sad, and I'm struggling unlike the other days (with the side kick kneeling), but other than that omg!! best. day. ever! DAY 6: skipped bc im not feeling it rn DAY 7: i'm overly happy with the results omgggg!!! my waist is kinda thin I would say ( **does debby ryan thing** ) and I've grown taller! (not so sure if thats bc of the wokout but yayy!) also, my sister says my posture has improved bc apparently I looked like a duck bfo -_- I feel inner peace and can breathe much better now a dayssss!!!! 100000/10 recommended! this is DEFINITELY going on in my workout playlist and I'm DEFINITELY subscribing! I cant wait to try more of your workouts! I'm sooooooooooooooooo doing this one again!

I have been doing this from two weeks and let me tell you i didn't lost weight but my Stomach has gotten so flat! And about my weight well i have heavy bones that's why. Hi there! I have been doing this workout with some Lisa stretches form the same channel and it worked for me! I lost 1kg i was 44kg and now I am 43kg and it also shrinked my waist from 24 inch to 22 inch and now my body feels so toned and beautiful 😍 . Day 1: ✅ when i was done i was out of breath and my head was throbbing lol Day 2: ✅ i was out of breath and the moves were easier to do but not perfect Day 3: ✅ i noticed that my flexibility and balance have improved Day 4: ✅ im starting to see results 🎉 Day 5: ✅ more results lol and my sitting posture has improved?? Day 6: ✅ im just excited for tomorrow because its my last day trying this out 😎 Day 7: ✅ things ive noticed after: my legs are slimmer! my posture and balance have improved! overall i recommend pilates! Day One: I decided to practice the dance to forever young before. Day Two: I have an orthodontist appointment today :( I did it right before I got in the shower. Day Three: I didn't get to do it today. I was running so many errands. But I did get a new phone so that's cool! Day Four: done :) Day Five: I didn't do it today Day Six: because I didn't do it yesterday I did the jungkook workout, the ice cream/ how you like that workout and the pretty savage/ bet you wanna work out. I finished off with the I.U stretch routine Day Seven: complete! I really enjoyed doing this work out (mostly) every day and even doing some others. I usually don't like working out but this channel makes it very fun.

Same, but I won’t push my body to form positions I KNOW it won’t be able to do without me hurting myself so I’m starting with the table top position (without 1 leg off the ground) and eventually I will slowly start lifting one leg off the ground. I recommend you do the same because you can seriously get hurt if you push your body.

Put most of your weight on your hands and just a sliver of it on your other leg then lift the other leg that will help also keep you leg straight and piont toe

hii I’ll be updating here to make me motivated Start: 54kg 🍃Day 1: I only did half the video because I was short of time and out of breath 🍃Day 2: It was able to get through the entire video but I can’t do one legged wheel 🥲 + cardio (dance) 🍃Day 3: I feel so much stronger today! still can’t do one legged wheel so I do it without the bridge + half of alexis ren ab workout + cardio (dance) 🍃Day 4: surprisingly today's exercise felt faster to get through (except one legged wheel) + cardio (dance) 🍃Day 5: Rest 🍃Day 6: I forgot to update this but everything is much easier to do now + cardio (dance) 🍃Day 7: complete!! - week 1 review: I think my weight increased slightly but appearance wise lower abs area does look a lot flatter- 🍃Day 8: it’s my birthday today so I’m taking a rest day hehe 🍃Day 9: went for a brisk walk instead if I’m not wrong it’s about 3km? 🍃Day 10: complete!! + cardio (dance). I tried doing some thigh workout but the one I choose was too demonic for me so I gave up half way -okayy I’m back! Try building up the the main poses! I would recommend looking up modification poses first! Remember to stretch your forearms and wrists whenever you feel pain! But don’t give up! You got this! 💪🏻☺️

Also, what i find to be useful is trying to localize intention and strenght on the part of the body that is working the most, suck up the stomach to protect your lower back and concentrate the struggle on the core, try to align your shoulders and wrists, so you dont lean too much forward or backwards. But most important, distribute weight evenly on the hand, using your fingers and tips. Hope this helps, work out safely!

dia 1: cansativo dia 2: ✅ dias 3, 4 e 5: nada, tava viajando e não pude fazer, então vou recomeçar ꒷۰꒷⏝꒷۰꒷⏝꒷⋆꒷⏝꒷۰꒷⏝۰꒷۰꒷ dia 1: feito, ritmo mais lento dia 2: feito dia 3: não dia 4: feito o mais rápido possível pq eu tenho que me esconder da visita, mas eu já vejo pequenos resultados (minha barriga já era meio plana pq eu não comecei a treinar agora, mas eu a perdi e estou recuperando) dia 5: terminei e consegui manter os exercícios por mais tempo! dia 6: finalmente paz, a visita foi embora e eu tenho oportunidade de fazer o treino com calma, também vou começar outro treino hoje dia 8: nada de mais, quase sei um mortal na jack knife, eu fiz ontem, mas esqueci de atualizar, mas foi normal msm dia 9: velho eu olhei no espelho e vi um abdômen quase definido, que orgulho de mim! também percebi que eu tenho mais equilíbrio agr dia 10: me cansei mais do que nos outros dias, tirando isso foi normal dia 11: mano levei uma queda, senhor dia 12: normal, menos cansativo já que eu lembrei de me alongar eu continuo fazendo, mas usar o notion ficou mais prático e simples pra mim

I personally need to do more back stretches before doing the bow or the bridge, if you're a beginner I recommend also stretching more before doing those poses!

ok so i have been dong this and its more than anything u need follow plenty of stretches to comfort your body listen your body but magically its been almost 1 week and my waist is shrinking for changes !!!🥰🥰

My waist : 73 cm My weight : 60 kg Day 1 : ✔ Day 2 : I have to get a rest because my whole body feel so much hurt😢😢 Day 3 :✔ But I still can't do Jack knife Day 4 : ✔ Day 5 : ✔ Day 6 : ✔ . Now my waist 70 cm and my weight 58 kg.😊😊

I would recommend putting a pillow below your back/neck and learn how to push off the ground slowly! And then work towards the one-legged wheel (:

I can do everything except one legged wheel. Maybe because I'm on my periods Day 2 : i done everything well. And I'm sweating like waterfalls....🤭🤣 sorry for my broken English 😂and my abs stared to show up😊😍 Day 3 : done 😊 A tip for one legged wheel: do it near wall. Put tip of your thumb toes on wall for support. I can do it without wall now😉 Day 4 : done Day 5 : done Day : I forgot to update 😅 but I done it everyday 💕

I'm doing this with k-pop 11 line abs workout and Chloe ting abs workout and love handles work out. Im not following any diet. But i always avoided eating oily, junkfoods and high calorie intake. And i ate more vegetables and protein rich pulses and worked out without cheating myself

Results now: Height- 5'1 😍 Weight- 44 kg Shoulder- 34 inches (i have big bone structure. 34 inches didn't changed because, it can't be changed.) Waist - 24 inches ( my body did not have a big difference because i was almost near my body goal when i started this workout and now I have it. I was 52 kg before i started doing work out. I started this workout when i was 48 kg) Hip- 34 inches Thighs- 19 inches I'm statisfied with my results🤩🤩.

She payed on her back put her hands behind he (finger piont towards the head) and put her feet close to her but then pushed with her hands, when you are in a bridge(wheel) most of your weight should be on your hands

I saw some people doing this so I'm gonna share my results and progress too. day1, 24 nov.: I did all this but couldn't lift my legs at one legged wheel. (I did this after my workout) My mom entered the room and laughed her ass off, It has fun. Day 2, 25 Nov. My waist is 65,5 cm. It was the same as day 1 Day 3, 26 nov.: I could lift my left leg at one legged wheel. The right one didn't wanted to cooperate day 4, 27 nov. : I lifted my both legs but it wasn't perfect. at least is a progress day 5, 28 nov. : I DID IT LIKE...ALMOST PERFECT!!!!! I'm so happy day 6, 30 nov. : I did it!!! (yesterday was the cheating day eheheehe) day 7, 1 dec. : it started to be like...easier but not, i still feel the burn like a lot. I feel more flexible too day 8, 2 dec. : doing this after the booty workout is something else lmao So...I did it for 8 days and now my waist is 64,5cm. I've lost 1cm

I wanna keep track so I gonna write it down in this, *PLEASE COMMENT SO I CAN REMEMBER* *DAY 1* The first 2 excercise were actually quite easy since I was a gymnast before but the one where I had to bend over make my hand and leg hurt ;-; I Measure my stomach and waist and it was about 31 inches :) *Day 2* So in the morning I woke up and I measured myself and I dropped to 30 inches 😃 so I did it after breakfast... Then my period came ;-; Back On Day 1 again😌💖:Were starting fresh because what happen 5 days ago, The part where u go into a bridge and lift your leg up is so hard ;-; I'll come back but I measured my waist and its 31 1/2 inches I'll come back tomorrow *PLEASE COMMENT TO KEEP ME UPDATED*

B4 Measurements Weigh:51.9 Waist:25 inch I'm eating in a calorie deflict way. (Not fake) Day 1:✅ Day 2:✅ Day3:✅my waist seems less bloated and lost 2 inch of my waist. Day4:✅ my waist seems snatched at my weigh is 51.4 kg now Day 5:skipped cause there were guests and lets just think if this as a rest day Day 6:✅ my waist is like a lot slim
