Автору спасибо за возможность прогулки по городу. Но я напишу свое мнение Заранее прошу на меня не обижаться. Не понимаю в чем состоит огромная стоимость этих районов и жилья? Неужели для таких богатеев как Samsung, Black Pink,BTS и т.д., по их материальному состочнию, не нашлось действительно красивых крайонов? Лес, горы, холмы,река, простор, а ни эти узкие загроможденные улочки , как горки- то спуск то подъем, дома и заборы выглядят как производственные корпуса, как офисы.😳 Никогда бы не подумала, что здесь живут миллионеры.😳 И внутри квартиры,😳 да, просторно, вполне удобно, но не выглядит на их стоимость за....???.. млн.долларов. Не вижу шика, дороговизны,ни в районах, ни в самих домах. Не веет уютом и достатком, все серенько, буднично, тоскливо,обычно . Вот у русских богатеев Рублёвка- какой только красоты, шика нет, сразу видно, что здесь живут деньги.Там особняк, так и выглядит как особняк - ворота, заборы, освещение, территория, сам особняк - красота! Я ни в коей мере не хочу кого то принизить, а кого то возвысить. Просто совсем по другому представляла себе районы, особняки, квартиры самых богатых и медийных лиц.

@@elminopris Да, конечно,земли мало очень. Но все равно, никак не вижу отличия от просто центра города и этх дорогих районов. Одни только спуски и подъёмы большой минус.Ни в коем случае не хочу сказать ничего плохого об их архитектуре и о пафосных, кричащих домах наших богатеев. Просто рассуждаю об огромной стоимости и внешней скромности районов, улиц, особняков.
