tbh the people that really know how she is, yes she can be fun and 4d or whatever but she already said that she know that she is funny so she use that to make people feel more comfortable, like when the girls go to a variety show she knows that they are shy so she use that part of her personality to make them feel confortable with everyone, but she said that in fact in the dorms is more like a quiet and lonely person but she always try to look at for every member of bp and try to take care of them, if you really know blackpink you have to know this

THANK YOU! I was going to write a comment like this and pin it because people don't seem to realize that having a fun and outgoing personality is not synonymous with immaturity. Jisoo looks after the girls and it's obvious when they're on variety shows or in interviews that she's just trying to make the others feel comfortable. She is someone who keeps her negative feelings to herself so that she doesn't affect the others. Also, I'm older than all the Blackpink members, and Jisoo's maturity level has surpassed many people in my age group (Jisoo is only a year younger than me but still lol. She's extremely mature and considerate).

Since BLACKPINK doesnt have a LEADER the members always look up to their JISOO unnie. Example when receiving awards they always look at Jisoo. In answering questions that may affect the whole group they are always careful and always looking at Jisoo. In BP House they always ask Jisoo first (grocery etc) She is the UNOFFICIAL LEADER. Being leader is not how charismatic you are on stage but on how you lead you group. Lisa are always saying that among them JISOO have the leadership. PRE DEBUT Days she is LISA's Korean mother. She dont want Lisa to be alone on their dorm during holidays. Its either she will go back to their dorm earlier or bring Lisa with her. TBH YG can put Jisoo in any variety show without worrying because her personality is so colorful and she is smart in answering questions even the complicated ones.

She's so underrated that it makes me feel sad. Jisoo attracted me because her personality always made me laugh. Her variety show skills are amazing and it ALWAYS made the mood funny and happy. Honestly, some people can't see beyond her just being a visual. Her background vocals are off the chart even managing to hit a F5 (I could be wrong, but it was somewhere around there) in head voice for this new album. Her kindness and dedication for her group members should be appreciated more. I feel like her being the oldest allows her to be a kid, but also she secretly always looks out for her members even through struggles. This is why I always saw her to be the hidden mother figure of the group, always keeps a smile on everyone's faces, and tries not to show her struggles for the sake of others. Her getting criticised for her dancing, even though she's now basically at the same level as Jennie, it makes me sad that people only see her flaws and just as a visual. Jisoo is someone that's special in the group. Appreciate Jisoo more. NYEONGAN. 💕💕

This is why Jisoo doesn't deserve all the hate and negativity gravitated towards her. She might have that 4D personality but it doesn't mean she's crazy, childish or immature. She just knows how to lighten up the mood when everyone's nerves are wracking durings guestings or interviews. It was mentioned so many times that whenever Jisoo is upset or down, she keeps it to herself so as not to affect the other members. She is often seen carrying books most of which is about self confidence and self help. The latest book I have seen in her possession is "The Courage to be Disliked" by Ichiro Kishimi. I believe Jisoo is under a lot of stress and pressure but she chooses not to show it. She is often dubbed as the "least" talented member of blackpink but I don't think that's actually true. During their latest tour in Japan last week, i think she had the best solo performance out of all of them. Jisoo isn't just taking care of her fellow members. She is also taking care of BLINKS. I have noticed that recently even when they are very busy she is the one who usually takes time to do VLive and even chat with Blackpink Ch+ subscribers (this is on top of the everyday updates she does on her IG stories). Jisoo is the most underrated and under appreciated member of BP but she seems not to mind at all. How can people hate on her?

Without her really the girls will all be quite and just smiling and smirking.. They all said she is the mood maker.. As what I can see from this group. They have wonderful talents and skills... I love how Jisoo was the one to teach them all Korean and help them intergrate with Korean culture, and in turn, they help her with English. Ill be honest, if it wasnt for these girls' real love and loyalty towards each other, i wouldnt have listened to their music. I actually watched videos of the girls on KZbin and their miniseries before even listening to their music. I just fell in love with their genuine bond and love for wach other so it made me curious on the music they made.
