LISA is loved very very much and a lot of rappers have praised her, she covers Doja Cat Say so, but she wrote the rap segment of it herself. We her Lilies are very protective over her, she has haters and I mean haters for the last 5 years they have attacked her on the daily, she disappeared for awhile we think she broke down, because she isn't like that she tended to just put her head down and try her best to not let it effect her. The things people wrote defy believe racist comments she was called a Thai monkey, accused of sleeping her way to the top, and even wishing her dead, but once they started in on her mother and step father that was when she hit the bottom, she is an only child her mother is a delightful woman and her step father is a renowned Chef from Switzerland, you can actually see it happening from the day she debuted, this extremely pretty girl with this huge smile and infectious charisma arrived, she sparked but bit by bit the sparkle was beginning to dim, she was losing weight she looked so unhappy thankfully she stepped back took a deep breath and stopped been so passive, this is when she started doing her Lili films and yes I like BLACKPINK but I LOVE LISA and we now protect her all her lilies do if we see any abuse on any of her forums we screen shot it and send it to YG. No joke LISA is a one of a kind never to be repeated young woman she has captured the planet. Lisa does it with a smile a giggle and a twinkle in her eye and then she slays you.

And one of the things she has had to put up with for several years is the fake news that has labeled her as the secondary rapper (so-called "lead rapper") in the group, according to a strange fan fiction where Jennie is supposedly the "main rapper" and, according to the fiction, the so-called "main rapper" ranks higher than the "lead rapper". I've tried to track down the origin of that myth and it always dead ends with stuff made up by fans. YG (the company that manages Blackpink) has never said anything to even hint that Lisa ranks lower than Jennie as a rapper in the group. Also, no YG producer has said anything like that and the group members themselves have never even mentioned anything like that. To this day, there has never been any statement by YG on any official YG website, in any official YG press release or even in any published materials (including album notes, photobooks, etc.) that has confirmed or even suggested that the Blackpink rappers have been ranked against each other and definitely nothing has ever been said that indicates that Lisa is a secondary rapper in the group. (Some fans point to some third-party sites (like Melon) that list the so-called "main" and "lead" positions, but those sites don't claim to have their information from YG and appear to just be repeating what they see being said by Kpop fans and some Kpop gossip/"news" sites that are operated by Kpop fans. One such site that is the most prominent even expressly acknowledges that they didn't find any confirmation from YG concerning the so-called "main" vs. "lead" position rankings. Instead, they say that they copied their information from another third-party site that also did not claim to get their information from YG. The YG official website even includes a profile for the group and each member and has never mentioned anything about any so-called higher-ranking "main rapper" and lower-ranking "lead rapper" nonsense. (And the terminology doesn't even make sense in English, since "main" basically means the same thing as "lead" in the group context. (If you say Mick Jagger is the main singer for the RS, it's basically the same thing as saying that he's the lead singer for the RS.) ) When Blackpink debuted in 2016, the only thing that YG ever officially published about specialties of the members was the following: Jisoo: Vocals Jennie: Vocals / Rap Rosé: Vocals Lisa: Rap / Dance Obviously, the company never intended this list to limit what the girls could do in other areas. And all of them sing and dance (in group choreographies). It was just to indicate what kind of roles they could be expected to mostly play in the group. And clearly, they were not ranked against each other in the list. Of course, as everyone knows, Lisa's talent in dancing is exceptional and that explains why she was the only one especially designated as having a dance specialization. It is obvious that the producers at YG intended for Lisa to be at least equal as one of the group's "rappers" from the very beginning. So it's kind of ridiculous to see haters constantly using the "lead rapper = secondary rapper" fake news against her. Unfortunately, the vast majority of them don't know any better because they're too lazy to research it and just go along with what other fans have just been mindlessly repeating for years until it became one of those "everybody knows" things that turns out to actually not be true.
