+Simply IsSy I saw their weekly idol episode once it came out, I'm a fan - of especially lisa & jennie. But they really are skinny. Well it depends on each individuals' standards I guess. To me personally, being in the 40kgs range is way too skinny for girls who are 165-170cm tall. Yes I'm aware of the "norm" in the kpop industry of wanting to stay in the 4-something kgs "if your weight begins with a 5 you're getting fat" that's utter funkin nonsense to me. Jisoo & lisa were wearing baggy clothes in that episode so I guess that 'helps' but I could still see that they're skinny. There are probably numerous reasons why they're that skinny but I really do think it's YG's pressure on them, he's always been calling others ugly or fat and always tell them to lose weight with an excuse of "your dancing will look better if you're skinny!" (most recent case - shannon) meanwhile beyonce exists, and he hires someone like parris goebel to choreograph a bunch of his artists lol goebel might not have the ideal body but she executes moves better than any girlgroup member will ever, yg's ridiculous. And I feel like Lisa - eventhough she's really skinny right now to the point that you can see her ribs in the dance videos - she actually has an hourglass shape, or at least that's what it seems like. I imagine if she reaches 55kgs or something, she'll blow kpop's current "best bodies" out of the water, her beauty is unique. But again, that's just me.

Hyungwon my heart I learned boombayah in 1 day. I just followed a slower version and replayed parts to get it right. Once I got the moves down I did the whole slow one then moved on to the regular and I got it really quickly

There are many cases in which all the idol eats is egg white, day and night, for months. And THAT is extremely unhealthy. If you want a fit body, just drink alot of water, eat less junk food, eat less carbs, eat more green, get enough sleep, exercise daily, and you'll get there, because I'm getting there too.

According to their interview though, they said they don't go on strict diets and just eat regularly and steadily throughout the day. But I'm pretty sure Lisa has gotten Anorexia because of her role, but otherwise Jisoo and Jennie have really nice figures too and they eat normally and work out alot and move everyday. That's how they maintain their weight which is acutally better than starving yourself

I'm pretty sure they aren't on diets. I have the same sort of body shape as them and I'm not on a diet. They probably just exercise a lot with the dancing, and most likely have high metabolism.
