While I do agree that there is a noticeable difference from BP's dance practices now compared to when they debuted, there is a difference between a dance performance and a dance practice video. The focus of a dance practice video is on the choreo, formations, & dance moves while the focus of dance performance video is to look nice & let you appreciate the lights, camera work, performance, etc. As you guys mentioned, it's almost like it's own music video. So, we may still get a shut down dance practice video just like we got a pink venom special stage & a dance practice video.

I am so happy that they upgraded the Dance Practice of Blackpink The Camera Transitions, The Outfits, The Background, The Back Up Dancers it is like a whole new MV that's insane! And OMG! Finally Jennie Kim! Has given a chance to showcase her dancing skills! Man i literally almost past out when Jennie doing some of the break dance but all of the OT4 are so amazing they made as BLACKPINK as a 4 Member. I mean they react to what they’re actually excited about. All things Blackpink and BTS because they’re legitimately big fans of both then new MVs for groups they know they can get into like Got 7, G-idle, Red Velvet, TXT or Monsta X. We can’t fault them for not being into kpop as a whole like that and there was a moment a few years ago where it was getting sad seeing them push to be excited for groups they didn’t want to learn about/get into like that. I’m happy to get sporadic kpop videos of groups they really know and get excited for because it’s just more fun in general when they’re actually having fun
