This reminds me everyday that kpop idols go through so much. They have strict diets, uncomfortable stage clothes, get overworked or get no comebacks, have to deal with fan wars and dispatch, and so much more. They’re not even allowed to have a life outside of this public persona. I wish all these fan wars would stop, and that we could all just support and love each other to make the kpop community a beautiful place. We don’t even realize sometimes that the more WE tear apart at other fandoms and have all these stupid fights, we’re harming both the idols in the process. At the end of the day, they’re idols - but idols are human, and this perfect public persona is not always human. It’s a facade, and there is so much beauty, rawness, pain, agony, and happiness they’ve gone through. Let’s just learn to love in the same way that Jennie loves blinks so much even after being cyber bullied and sent death threats for years..like how Rosé has so much love for passion and music, like how Jisoo has so much love for Blackpink and her bandmates, and like how Lisa is there everyday to cheer up her members and us Blinks. Because they love us. Let’s show that we love them too by being kinder, and trying to make the kpop community a better place.

I know that Bts is the most popular group worldwide, As a blink, I have accepted that fact, but I think blackpink hold a kind of popularity no one could ever replace or break. They hold a sense of meaning an happiness, to see the 4 girls together smiling is one of the most heartwarming things in the world, their friendship makes them stand out like no other group. *the way i relate to this song scares me i get bullied for being a "nerd" and also because i cry because of school pressure they call me dramatic they don't know how i got those grades that they bully me for they don't know that i get forced to study by my teachers that hurt me physically when i forget to do the homework or when i only get ONE grade less than what i'd usually get and i don't tell my parents about it they see bruises all over my body because of teachers YET i still get bullied i don't have friends or anything my life's sad but kpop changed it i find peace in their voices and their music thanks to kpop and thanks to you because your videos bring me joy i really love you
