Okay let me start, this has got to be one of BPS' best animations by far. Mont and the others did an amazing job on the animation, it was so fluid and smooth, certain parts with perspective and camera following them in some scenes was so pleasing to look at! Oh and expressions were absolutely amazing! I love how in the story it showed them training in the end, it made more sense instead of them rushing in and knowing everything about fighting already. This animation, Nether War, and Herobrine returns, have been my favorite animations ever posted on this channel. And in a way this episode brought me back to my childhood, for one animation life and another I grew up with was Minecraft Story Mode! So this brought me so much joy when watching it, keep on the great work BPS, Everyone in the team is awesome!

OK this was the best one so far imo, Steve & Alex finally got a new item to use in combat or overall, massive SoW nostalgia with the Enderknights and Netherans, callbacks to previous episodes like Dragon Egg and last week's Nether Titan and when we were just about to get a happy ending, BOOM! Steve captured and the crew shot by a cannonball, and then we get the awesome chase sequence and the end scene which really brought Infinity War/Endgame vibes, that's how good this episode was! Looking forward to the finale next week!

Excellent work on this animation Mont! I must say you absolutely nail the atmosphere of the End; the mist, the lighting, even the end details like the ender bees and the weapons were awesome). It's great to see assets used from other animations like SOW in this animation, they look great and helps to freshen up A+S series up. Love seeing the attention to detail in the other elements in the animation (the Wither for example)! Really keen to see the conclusion to the A+S Adventures!

2:12 How could the dragon cross through that very small portal? Also, you need ender pearls (or trapdoors) for crossing it. 9:17: Don't they take damage spamming the pearls? Well this is an improvement compared to the previous animation. There're hardly weird details, the fights are dynamic and powerful. The Ender Training with tangible holograms is interesting and Steve using the Herobrine's power with his sword is amazing. It looks like only in this dimension he can use it. In previous animations he didn't use it, he didn't even seem to understand the power of that sword. but it's ok. And the epicity returns in the video and the fights, you can feel it. It doesn't make you scream of emotion but there it is, and that is good. The characters win the final battle with a bit of strategy and the power of Steve, and the Ender Swords are epic for me. You could teleport yourself only thinking where you want to go in real time, for example giving a hit in the chest and immediately later, a hit on the back. The animations are better although the expressions and gestures in the first part, with the ''dragon tamer'' worried for his dragon, are too much ambiguous for me. I was surprised by the Fallen Angels taking Steve. I was wondering where they were. Also I thought Alex got a serious damage when she was hit trying to save Steve and she fall to the ground. But it was just a hit. No blood. No hurt. Not even a hole in her clothes. I only hope the elytras don't break and leave her in free fall xd. When the Titan emerged from the earth, apart of this is a new opportunity for using it and create a true threat with him, I felt it like it was smaller than the previous time. I'm not sure if this is true but well, the Titan is back again and now it's time of a true battle against it. Don't waste it plz. Conclusion: It's better than the last animation, but I can't avoid feel like the quality still being a bit lower than the usual one. It's... standart. But don't stop for it. Continue, you can recover yourself and get your skills better!!

The best idea i loved is that Steve who was accepting his fate as the Herobrine itself and trying to studying his power in order to help others in battle. Also the newly flying Alex with elytra instead of Trident has another power on it, not even yet mentioning the Ender-Electro Dragon. I swear this was the greatest Alex and Steve life series by far.

being honest here, I do believe that a series like this would benefit GREATLY from having voice actors. It is something that can get expensive, but the outcome would be worth it.

There’s benefits to both, but I would argue there’s more negatives to doing that, at least currently. 1, more expensive as you say. 2, would take probably more than double the time with all the extra pre-production, lip syncing and casting, voicing, etc. By itself, that’s big turn away for animations on YT since it’s not such a forgiving medium, only being able to post a few animations a year (per director at least). And 3, probably the biggest is it makes it harder for other languages to watch our content. A lot of people that watch our content aren’t US or English primarily, the good thing with non-voiced content is it opens up to everyone. I hear ya tho, would be cool, but not every project can practically have voices.

@@gvn010 David is both the creator, the writer and guiding hand. I said that he wouldn’t want anyone else to complete it officially without him, not that they couldn’t. Songs of War is over, and while it’s sad, it’s over. David has long moved on, and most fan made creations of SoW are moving on too. I get peoples enthusiasm but constantly spamming “SoW season 2????” in whatever form whenever BPS makes another animation really doesn’t convince them to bring it back. SoW is over, but more stuff can come that’s even better than SoW. Just gotta wait for that rather than pester them for this.

@Cobalt Studios Yeah, for BPS to start on songs of war again without David is not a possibility. And also, I agree, most studios that tried to take on the task of SoW have given up. For example, Helios Animation has officially announced that they are no longer going to be working on Songs of War. Knights of Ardonia haven't released anything for months now, and last PixelZnamation talked about was getting more animators. It's been almost a full year since any good-qaulity episode 3 has been released (Helios had a good ep 2)

@@goldtx8797 Megste did improve for much of the latter half of S2 (though the eevee render was the only letdown for me), and it was great fun to work on the music for s3, which improved MASSIVELY from season 2's animation, as he'd animated both s2 and 3 at different points of his animation career. SoW isn't dead, but it can never come out officially from BPS ever again. And anyway, projects like Starfall prove that BPS is more than capable of moving on to bigger and better things than SoW ever was.
