Join me as we take a Tour of Blackpool North Pier, in FULL!
Today, we take a look at Blackpool's oldest and Longest Pier. This concludes our 3 Piers on tour here in Blackpool.
In this video, we look at the restrictions in place to assist you in having a smooth trip. We also walk the length of the Pier looking at their unique electric train, the theatre from the outside, the Sun Set Lounge and the double decker carousel!

Brilliant vlog, Paul. I can remember so many memories from North Pier. There was an penny arcade next to the carousel in the 70’s when I was a kid, remember going to the Theatre too. I think the helicopter rides was about £55.00. Also in the Sun lounge they Beaty competitions too. Some of my memories from the 1970’s & 1980’s. Fun fact too - the championship fireworks are held from the north pier in September each year on a Friday night. Great vlog once again Paul, keeping the channel very interesting to watch!

I remember there being an arcade opposite the Carousel bar... forgot to mention that!!! It was small but remember going in the 90s when I was younger!!

My uncle's were in the variety group "the grumbleweeds" before your time I think. Anyways they used to do summer season in that theatre. My highlight of going to see them was the rides on the pier 😃

The bit washed away now in a storm, about 70 years ago at the end of the pier i would go fishing. Every now and again a wave would raise up and wet everyone.

There was an extention that had a helipad on it for pleasure rides up and down the coast. This was destroyed in the 90s by a storm too

@@PTVlogsUK I left or escaped the UK in 1989 lol. The Blackpool i remember, its trams, its rides, its pubs, my fishing spot on the end of the jetty , even the names in the theatre all different. I know the UK, especially up the North as alot of poverty and other problems, Was the same back in my time. Blackpool was our escape. Like to think its still a family friendly place to visit.

Hi Lads and lassies.< I grew up in the 60's fishing off the North pier. Can you tell me what happened to the lower level (quite long) extension that we fished off?. Some of my best years.

we have a train on southend pier and a cafe right at the end there was pictures of a black waltzer at the end of north pier it went into the sea because of a storm
