The Big Dipper was my first ever coaster. She welcomed me into the world of coasters. Sure she rattled around and groaned but I fell in love at the first sight. happy days!

100 years old! Think about how we are now used to the biggest & best of everything yet this wooden coaster is still a thrill to ride so I can imagine 100 years ago it must of been bloody crazy! Just been on it today 24/08/23 1 day after its 100th birthday, great fun!

Went to Blackpool pleasure beach for my 18th birthday yesterday and the first ride on this historic coaster was certainly a experience to remember it was more smooth on the first run around as to the second 😂 but this park and this ride specifically are both timeless and ageless in thrills and screams. 🎉🎢
