In went here in July there as 4 of us so 4 starters and 4 mains with 3 cokes and 2 wines and it was £202 and they put on a £38 service charge which we paid because I didn’t know you could decline to pay it. Starters as nice what we had I didn’t really like me main I had the Thai pad and I thought it was bland and you struggle to see the menu because it’s really dim lighting .

You are right, Chris. We worry that we may review a restaurant on an off night which is why we always ask viewers to share their experiences if they've ever dined there. However a good 90% of the time the viewer comments agree with our rating! 🍽️😁🎈

Cheers Geoff! We're really pleased with the quality of the camera, and we're over the moon that people are noticing the improvement. The Wok Inn doesn't serve Chang but we made the best of it 😁🍻🍺👍

It's obviously gone up in price and down in quality since we last went in there over two years ago. The food was good and less than £25 each for a starter main and drinks. I probably won't go back if it's as bad as you say now.

As often as we can, Russ! We'd say 5 or 6 times per year. It's not too far for us to travel and we reckon the a weekend in Blackpool isn't much more expensive than a night out in Leeds 💙🌞🎄

The best Chinese in the Blackpool area is the 1 at that back of the Norbreck castle but its a takeaway it is so gooooood

Not overwhelming? I just saw Salt & Chilli Ducks Tongue on the menu....which may or may not contain bone? Where's all the Yellow stuff? Chicken balls , curry sauce , noodles, rice, chips?

LOL! Those toilets were exceptionally fragrant, but that didn't justify the bill 💵. We would have been happy to pay that amount if the food has been good and the service more than minimal, though 🏰🌭🎁 xxx

Hi Mike. Tim ate at Easy East soon after it opened. From what he remembers it was fine, although maybe it's gone off since. It's closed for the Winter so we won't be going there anytime soon. They did add a service charge but, to their credit, the waiter pointed out that it was optional (which it always is if there are less than 8 people dining). We declined to pay it 👛💷🫰

Hi PW! £80 for 2 diners is towards the top price for a mid range restaurant in the North but the quality of the food and the service here was basic, nowhere near what we would expect for a mid range price - and not typical of Blackpool restaurants at all. Come to Blackpool and you'll be blown away, PW! 👛👍♥️

We have 6 bars in total, one late bar, no nightclubs. Of the 7 bars in our opinion only 2 are what one would class as gay bars which are Blayds and New Penny, the other bars are gay friendly 🌈
