I'm rubbish now and was never as good as him but I always still dance and this bloke beats me every day of the week by miles - but he loses any rhythm or connection with the music when he's showboating. He tries to do too much do you not think?

He's a competition dancer (winner) so I guess it's just in his blood...look into the background and see that he's superior to anyone else there (makes me smile when I see the guy to the left of him watching). It's very hard to recover rhythm after some of those movements, but the wheel-spin at 1:22 is something else. I get what you're saying about never being as good as him: me neither. LOL....but I've seen Steve (dancer in the video) a lot of times, and to actually watch him live, you wouldn't ever notice any little mistakes and you just can't take your eyes off him... I think the trouble with these videos is that you do see inconsistencies....but who cares eh? The guy's a genius anyway. KTF..... and your distance!! :D
