Blackpool Tram Ride - Starr Gate to Fleetwood Ferry

A ride on the entire route of the Blackpool Tramway from Starr Gate through to Fleetwood Ferry on the morning of Wednesday 3rd May 2017.
The ride takes us along the promenade past some famous Blackpool sights including the Pleasure Beach, Central Pier and the Tower and then up to Fleetwood via Bispham and Cleveleys.

The music tone before the arrival at a stop is the same one as in Prague! The trams also have the same traction as the Manchester trams!

This was a trip down \memory lane. My great aunt lived in Lytham. I lived in Bispham from 1946 to 19552 and let when I was 10 years old to come to Canada. My grandmother lived on Rivington Avenue and we lived on Waller Avenue. We went to the Fleetwood Market often on the tram and every time my Grandparents came to visit from St. Helens we always bought kippers at the Manx Kipper shop in Fleetwood

Done this trip loads of times both directions... Fleetwood market worth a visit. Blackpool has ruined itself bygoing down the hen and stag group route
