I'll always have a deep deep passion and interest for the Winter Gardens. A few memories made there over the years through my life. One of my favourite buildings in Blackpool!. I remember on the open day I had a look round the entire building including the conference centre and was talking to one of the team about the technology and how everything is controlled by a tablet which I thought was interesting. The conference centre looks very posh inside and out and the peace and quiet inside is just bliss. There's a certain vibe about sitting in the floral hall listening to nothing but clangs of teaspoons and people silently talking that just makes the whole building feel very welcoming and warm. Thanks for the look around I think they still do tours that are booked online don't they?. I enjoyed the video 🙂

Thank you VFC! The brave decision to include the brickwork in the foyer environment really impressed me as do the moving walls! I am assuming that "AV" means Audio Visual. A wonderful facility which blends surprisingly well with the unique, lovely Winter Gardens!

Looks very different to the traditional side of the winter gardens with the traditional decor, to the ultra modern sparse looking decor, then you get the farmhouse type with the brick mixed in, which i do like, good to see thanks for sharing, the excellent facilities on offer.
