I like how San Andreas handled the whole alien thing. There was Area 51 but you never actually see any aliens and weird unexplained lights in the sky. Green goo. Lots of unexplained stuff that the players investigated. Rockstar did well at creating mysterious things that were never fully explained that's why they are good at their craft

was sitting here reading through the 12 tenets of kifflom and i could never get past number 1 until now (maybe). stay with me now, i think i may have come up with how the world is 157 years old based on the epsilonists calendar. it all started to click when i watched this grand theft auto san andreas truth tribute here. i advise you to watch the whole thing but the important part is 7:15-7:40. Whatever that green goo was would change the world supposedly. plus it must have been pretty important based on how it was in the most secure place. Now, this is important because it is the only time a person in the hd universe of gta proclaimed a year. Year Zero to be exact. Now we all now that GTA SA happened in 1992. GTA V starts in 2004 in Ludendorff. 10 years later is 2014, the year we start playing gta v. we all have read the stories of kifflom coming to earth in different forms. i think he is the dog that keeps leading franklin to dom. why is he interacting with franklin and not michael? we could talk about that all day. but lets continue. if epsilon knows that their emperor is a dog wouldn't they use dog years. 157 divided by 7 (popular belief amount of dog years in one real year) is 22 and some change. 2014 minus 1992 is 22 as well. so if 1992 is considered year 0 and 2014 is 157 then in dog years is how the epsilonists are counting. if that is how they came up with the first tenet then that would also explain the weirdness with the dog that dom never sees. he is kifflom! i think this is more plausible than going by our world timelines and assuming it has something to do with tesla. i can not come up with ANY other true reason for the world in gta to be only 157 years old. let me know your thoughts.
