The tribe of BRCC is so humble in what they have accomplished. Everyone they push up and promote is a role model of a human being.

But you have to remember that all of the good stated 20 years ago with Matt Best and then JT and Rocko as Article 15 Clothing and Evan Came along and the first coffee was Freedom Rosters brand and I still have an original empty bag somewhere. Just an FYI Have a good one.

I gotta agree with the man. Smithing, for many of us (no matter our skill level), is some truly tranquil work. It helped me move out of the military mindset and get back to living again. Cleared my head, and brought me back to my roots. Brought me closer to my heritage even. And it's the most innocent pride I've ever felt. You're using all your imagination in tandem with all your knowledge to create an item, that in some ways, has never been created exactly like it before. No two works can ever be exactly the same; any smith who knows their shit will say the same. Even the Openers Lucas forged... guarantee there are minute differences between each one that only he knows. Blacksmithing is just some amazing shit, all around. I encourage everyone to try it (especially vets with PTSD), and never, ever be embarrassed of your shop or style or skill.

I did the same thing you did in 94 basic, airborne, RIP, and no slots. Got asked to be in Honorguard. Unlike you I was only 6'1" I was sent to Ft,. McNair and had to wear a wig. Only solider in the military that carried a musket, m-14, and m-16. Got air assault and went to Quantico for Sniper. Got my Q slot but was ship down to Panama. Rest is history!

30 comments!!! Yeah you all suck!! Lol there should be hundreds at this point!! Haha 😂 Lucas man your awesome, I’m a single man smith in Kentucky myself. Doing it ALL by hand and loving every second!! Thanks man, I prefer Brute’da forge style too. Shows the work and each hammer strike needed to make what your holding in your hand or using to gut a deer. FUCH YEAH!!!! 👍👍👍

@BlackRifleCoffee I would be greatful to hear some of you react/commentary reaction to the vita video “Combat Controller John Chapman’s Medal of Honor drone footage (first ever recorded Medal of Honor actions and qualified for TWO Medals of Honor) the video was put together by a veteran combat controller and the author of “Alone at Dawn” a book about this mission & Chapman and a percentage of the proceeds go to Chapman’s widow and daughters so it promotes an amazing cause while also bringing more awareness to what our Special Operations War fighters are capable of in selflessness, sheer drive , determination and skill. If this hadn’t been caught on drone footage , no one would believe if happened or that a soldier could sustain 16 bullet and shrapnel wounds & continue the assault to save 24 of his brothers in arms. I’m sad it doesn’t give quick background to the SEAL they are trying to rescue being their Teamate that fell from their Chinook after a rocket attack , thst the helo crashed and the Team down 1 organized a ride back into the killbox to try to rescue their teamate. Truly super human determination and skill! I know this is difficult for combat Veterans especially and have really appreciated the number of Spec Ops and military Veteran Channels reacting to the video tho difficult. Getting this out to more and more people is showing SO many people worldwide what caliber of war fighters Americans can be & how selfless. Would also love to hear your commentary on what’s going on, maneuvers , thoughts on different choices being made etc. Savage Actual Spec Ops channel just reacted to it SWCC/MARSOC bros. Thanks for reading.
