Blackrock was created by Larry Fink he was a bonds (fixed income) trader. Steve swarzeman famous 90 year old guy created the Famous Blackstone private equity company in New york city. Instead of that what about derivatives or futures or forex or options trading. Like George soros "the saint of wall street" or the famous switzerland oil company. Sometimes with leverage you can get returns of 300% a year. The reason why most people stick to stocks like Warren Buffet is because those types of trading techniques are risky you can lose more than your invested capital because of the leverage.

In my opinion, Germany is underrated market. Not just fancy switzerland you can go to Baden-Württemberg or frankfurt or netherlands where famous technology company ASML is. I also would look at china, India, Mexico. Usa, New york, Texas, California, Florida some richest states in US. Maybe Chicago but that in decline. Born in Maryland. In South Carolina right now. I go to Atlanta!!!
