It’s a simple proposition. As government becomes more and more incompetent, and more focused on redistribution spending via debt, the private sector will become the only option to provide services in the places where there is enough wealth to make them pay back. This means the urban centers with the most insane redistribution schemes are going to be third world entities. I trust this guy not at all. However, he will make the grid in more wealthy geographies more reliable.
