thanks for the vid. Can you connect it to Power via USB adaptor and play even when battery is at 0% (so using it while it's charging) or you have to have battery partially charged before using it?

They've now got a specific manual on their site for these amps. Two points I noticed - "Optimal Tone: To get the best possible tone from your FLY 3 CHARGE, please unplug the charging cable before use. The process of charging can affect the quality of your guitar tone." "To protect the life of your battery, please remember to unplug the FLY 3 CHARGE when it's fully charged or *when you wish to use it* " So looks like it would theoretically be possible to play while charging, but not recommended.

You would need a preamp if you were using a regular microphone. Aux inputs work with amplified signals.
