Gosh I remembered searching for a russian metal band and I found this, ever since then I've been obsessed with this band's songs.

This song is magnificent, the brilliant thing about Blackthorn is the violin instrument's frequent usage throughout the song. Plenty of symphonic black metal bands or blackened metal bands are unable to incorporate and utilize violin properly in their music, if it's therewith present it's infrequent. Some symphonic metal bands do it, however i hereby state there's usually no projection of dark sinister atmosphere contained therein which is what blackthorn possess. Blackthorn employ keyboards thereby enabling excellently outstanding haunting ominous eerie aura emerging therefrom leading to manifestation characterized by evil diabolical infernal shadowy tenebrous atmosphere arising in their music, i'm still familiarizing myself with their music. Every musician in Blackthorn is tremendously talented, the soprano vocal and extreme harsh vocal blend consist of superlative splendorous marvellousness, i derive enjoyment therefrom. I love how you're slowly turning into one of my favorite bands in the genre. Your progress from album to album is inspirational. I remember listening to the first demo you guys released a few years ago and I thought it had a lot of potential but it wasn't good enough. Then I discovered your debut album gossamer witchcraft which was awesome. Then came Codex Archaos which was absolutely amazing. Now this song proves that your next album would be a classic.
