Dolphin Catch N Cook with NHL All-Stars Nikita Kucherov and Andrei Vasilevskiy

In this episode of BlacktipH, I go fishing for Dolphin Fish (Mahi-Mahi) with NHL All-Star Hockey Players Nikita Kucherov and Andrei Vasilevskiy from the Tampa Bay Lightning on a catch and cook adventure! We began the day by searching along the weed lines, looking for mahi (dolphin) swimming underneath them. Once we found a school of dolphin, we stopped the boat and drifted along with the seaweed. The dolphin fishing was on fire! There must have been close to 100 fish swimming around the boat! We caught over 30 dolphin fish before heading back to the dock to complete the catch, clean cook. We brought the fish to Dr. Mejia’s house and filleted them. We cooked the dolphin two different ways, half on the pan and the other half on the grill. Both recipes were both outstanding!

WOW! The Best tasting Fish I have ever had, was Mahi Mahi! It tasted like Lobster! I was told that it is considered to be a Poor Man’s Lobster, so I had Hot Butter to dip it in, I BBQ’d it, and it really did taste like it, and had the Rubbery ish consistency also! - “Once” I had never been able to duplicate it. 🤧 Of Course I never got to see the whole Fish, to really know what it was. Your Channel is really awesome!! All of this excellent Fish, really makes me HUNGRY FOR FISH!! I could have been very happy moving to Florida after High School!! Awesome Fishing, Wild Boar (my Favorite), Alligator, and Large Snakes! I’m jealous!
