Don't forget infinitely rising power! Normal Nergigante is capped at a 30% increase to damage/speed when his HP reaches a low-enough threshold, but AT Nergigante removes this cap; he'll keep getting stronger so long as he keeps roaring.

Vaal hazard is really hindered in the fight by Nergie not being effected by effluvian build up. That’s really the difficult aspect of him and with how hard Lowe health Nergie starts hitting it wasn’t a surprise when the scales tipped.

It's no exaggeration either; Arch-Tempered Nergigante has a unique mechanic where he can infinitely stack additional damage/speed so long as he can get off roars after his health falls below a certain percentage. Nergigante ordinarily caps at 30% extra, but the Arch-Tempered form removes this cap.

I feel like Nergi (lorewise) is at the top of the ED level monsters but below siege level monsters who in turn are below the dangerous first-class monsters (black dragons). Something like Akantor or Ceadeus would be too much for the Nergi species imo.
