Two weeks after this song released, my uncle passed on. After his passing, I just wanted nothing more then to be alone. Shit was tough. I needed something to distract myself from everything, so I hopped on GTA, opened up spotify and shuffled mellow bars. Had I not done that, I probably wouldn’t have heard or came across this lyrical masterpiece. Every October, I play this religiously, just to remind myself of those times and the times I’ve spend with him.
