Glad to see my advice was so well-corroborated that every point was taken to heart. This was an especially fun video. I didn't even know it was possible to impale a man on a tree branch, and your reaction to the lightning bolt being used against you was hilarious. Either way, you're past the worst of it now, I think. I believe your skill shall carry you to fulfill the cycle. But I'll still give... A few tips: 1.Shields can do the bow thing, where they imbue in the hand. This lets you imbue a weapon in the other hand without dropping it, as an imbue area is on the shield while doing this. 2. That gauntlet does dampen damage locally, and limbs take less, so if a fireball is absolutely going to hit you, letting it hit your armored arm is significantly better than taking it to the chest. It also might bounce off metal armor like that, so you could, in theory, reflect it. 3. The ending is short and sweet, basically a cut-scene you play and very story related. No big boss beyond the 6th Hekalis (Hector). Don't save it for a separate episode, you'll only be sad. 4. You can play past the ending, by just entering your save again after the credits. 5. There is a secret ending that requires at least one post-game golem from where you are, and a lot of very risky trial-and-error puzzle solving. Might be hard to figure out. Partially because I love these videos but partially because it would just be fun to see how far you could get, I do recommend at least going a bit past the ending to try and get that secret ending. Even better would be to see if you can max out all crystals and skills without dying and ending the run, but that's like...8? 9? more episodes in this format, so I can see why you might wanna not go that far.

@@Dr.Pickle3 All I shared was that there is no final fight, and it's more for story purposes vs gameplay. I didn't say what happens, what it means, how to stop it, any of the actual important stuff. I didn't want him saving it for another episode only for it to be 5 minutes long.

Best episode yet imo. Actually felt like you were in danger at times, plus so many brutal kills and intense fights. You can easily tell how much better you've gotten at the controls too. Definitely prefer when you use melee with magic as support, compared to just using magic all over the place

When you need to stealth kill with a longer sword, try grabbing the blade with your free hand to choke up on it! Helps a lot with greatswords and the such too

You can imbrew while holding the shield by holding the spell wheel button and then hold trigger to activate you can also imbrew you right hand weapon by holding it over your shield while your activateing the spell hope this helps your future battles to come lol. Really enjoying this series

the boss feild has the lighting bowl thingys, and next to them are full tribal arrow quivers (12) as well as a tribal bow. imbuing the arrows with the lighting grants them the ability to track onto the bosses crystals.

I am thoroughly hooked on this series! TimelessVR mentioned doing a knife-only run at some point. I think it would be more fun to see a knife + body + mind build. The Mind tree has some abilities that look like they could make Knife fighting smooth and stylish. I also think "no weapon longer than the tier 3 dagger" is better than "knife only" because it would allow for my style. Also telekinesis from the Mind tree may allow the player to levitate a knife for steal-kills from range. P.S. Timeless, if you read this, maybe put a counter for alarms avoided for the whole series or maybe a counter for total stealth-kills in the series. I love your stealth game-play!

the falchion in my own perma death run was brutally op i got through most of the run with nothing but it i mannaged to get all the way to the last golem and then ended up getting one shot by getting slammed. i was mad about that. but the point is the falchion is absolutely the best weapon in the game at the moment i was doing back to back to back decapitations. and without slow motion. little easter egg if you hold i up to the barron attempting to sell it he strait up tells you he wont buy it from you. another thing i discovered you can use the guard on it to travel along ziplines

Yo, since you were struggling having to fight in close quarters with long swords before, here’s a tip! Try Half-swording (Grabbing the blade further up as well as the handle, using both hands.) it’ll give you way more manoeuvrability, make blocking easier and also effectively shorten the sword for you!
