Blade and Soul KFM DPS Test + Tips (Flying Kick)

I get asked a lot about Wind rotation as well so decided to swap and make a parse video about it too. Only bracelet was annoying since rest is free to swap atm ^^
My Talents were 3 1 3 1 1, with 5 points in Cyclone Kick, Roundhouse and Iron Shoulder.
The gear I have in this video is same as my previous Fire parse mostly, found here: • Blade and Soul KFM DPS...
(except I have maxed Prophecy necklace and a bit better Unity level and stones)
Also, I did another better parse for Fire too, which ended up like this: cdn.discordapp...

As you can see they're very similar, with Wind being slightly better (2.49 mil vs 2.39)
As for Rotation and tips, it's almost braindead as long as you use simple mode, and I recommend using it since it's perfect.
open with 4 X, then V (and Tab)
during Wind Shear from V you hold RB (simple mode)
when Wind Shear ends you use 4 X again, and if V is up, just V and repeat
right now Wind Shear is 8 sec, so you will have a small downtime after the 4 X (unless you get weapon reset or used blue buff), you need to wait ~1 sec for 4 to reset again from Ancestral badge, then you use 4 so V goes off cd (every 4 reduces 5 sec cd on V). I heard in 1 day from now the V wind shear will be 10 sec instead of 8, so this step won't be needed, even more braindead.

If you continue playing wind, you should consider disabling straight jab so it doesn't interfere with simplemode when you try to lower the cooldown from V after wind shear ends. It will most likely put up your cyclone kick/s ratio quite a bit since you'll have less/no downtime with TT8. ^^

The wind spe problem is the ping or if you're not able to damage the boss during 2-3 secondes, you lost cd reduction ...

I think opening with avenging fist and the X is better since u can cancel X with 4 now, also for kfms the VT neck should be better since it gibs iron shoulder/smolder dmg

Take a close look at the stats of the awknd prophecy necklace stage 3, especially the buff ( stackable ), keep in mind all these bonuses are applied to all your skills.

Gotta admit I'm a bit sad to see a Simple Mode parse since it's doable without it. But I understand you don't want to tryhard 'Flying Kick' spec if you play 'Dragon Fist'. Anyway, what do you expect as result with Tiger soul ?

I play with 130 in game ms and I still need to use Comet Strike before and after the V ends to be able to fully reset the V CD :( I tried doing the rotation manually, but i just couldn't get the timing right and had to go back to simple mode.

"Simple mode is perfect" true for low ping players, but COMPLETELY wrong for high ping players. If you have high ping,you should anicancel of on your own if you want decent dps. PS: Its ridiculously hard to do wind animation cancel when you freeze/have small ms spikes and overall a way harder rotation than RF

Russians on russian server with very low ping xD I don't live near the servers in Germany. On top of it I didn't tryhard either, literally did like 5 tries only (a few I messed up), no buffs no reset charm or anything.
