My first clear of the new 24-man raid Scion's Keep. It has only 1 boss but it's one of the hardest bosses in game right now.

Just some questions. On your weapon, what's the very first gem on the socket? or it empty? Is it better to R2F or 2RF? A friend of mine that plays a ton of KFM told me that R2F is better for focus management and DPS compared to 2RF.

He meant R2RF probably. R2F is bad. It's either R2RF or 2RF, 2RF starves focus a lot faster but should be slightly more dps. My first gem is an obsidian (black gem), elemental. I have the Wind one of course.

Hey, about tanking this boss with kfm. Do you 'aim' that backslash away from your party? I know that is easier with bm, but how about kfm? I noticed you didn't do it on this first clear run, but how about now couple months later? Thanks for the video :)

I don't, it's easy and predictable to dodge and people can also just dps from the sides like at 35%

Mystic badge Aransu for sure. Soul badge don't bother yet. Get Alluvion for future, and fuse it with an upcoming "True Wood" badge.

Why r u using 2RF rotation all the time while Sealing palm (1-4 stacks) is active? Isn't just RF more actual (gives more damage) on ur current gear (which can be called top)?

My ping is not good enough to do RF smoothly so it's just as slow as 2RF

but ur RF under SB (Awakened Searing Palm) looks smooth and seems like u gave no prob w/ ping

RF during SB is smooth regardless of ping (unless very high) because you can cast F without condition. Normal RF suffers from lag because server needs to register your R to crit before F becomes available. I have around 35ms to server (90-120 in game) and it's not low enough to make it smooth with all the crits needing to register.

For the AoE explosion yes, or self it, but might be hard for the people driving the balls. So at least stealth for those (can put in same party if needed)
