Hi, i was wondering, is it better to go from True Tiger to True Brightwill or True Champion to True Majestic? (Im playing BM)

Go True Brightwill, I don't remember exactly how much true tiger --> true brightwill gives, but I remember that it was more than 10%, on the other hand going to true majestic gave me around 6%.
