Happy Flying! I learned so much from the old BL2, inverted hover and few other maneuvers. Good Heli’s to brush on your flying. I recently purchased the NX10 for BNF’s purposes. Not a fan of Spektrum Radios but thought I give the new NX series a chance. I have my bigger toys bound to Futaba 16IZ. Goosky S1 or S2 Legend are very good Heli’s, I’m sure you’ll like it. Cheers!

Futaba is legendary, I never owned one but I know they are a big part of rc history and a highly respected choice. Hmmmm Goosky yeah I have seen those in a few videos and I would love to have one, but I'm going to wait before I pull the trigger on one of those. With my current fleet of helis a have enough and need to grow into the ones I have before I step into a higher caliber brand. Also the weight gone up to 123grams since omp m1 ain't heavier though! Horizon Hobby, you failed this!

You can check the battery,with the spektrum xbc1100 smart checker,plug in the balance wire,the one on the adapter in the smart checker,

Sucks to see a company that at one time had the best customer service ever go to crap over putting profits first and customers last. After my last experience with the 230s i will never spend a one more dollar on horizon bull$hit.

Wow I am so sorry your experience with them has not been great, bit hear what you are saying. So far I guess I have been lucky or have not been put in a situation where I had to suffer such a situation as yours with HH. I hope you're getting better service and products else where.

Owned this for a month now. I would not call it a trainer heli. It's PID's are tuned very aggressively. It reacts fast even with lower rates. It's a capable machine but not for beginners.

I 100% agree, and that's why I went and got a nano. I will sit down one day soon and look into tuning the PIDs to my liking. Thanks for the comment and happy flying.

@@themadscientistg7804 Depending on where you're at the MXPC BL2 is great as well. It has a bit more power to handle inverted better.
