He might have known that Yunli is Blade's niece and, given that Blade is a fugitive, he might have also been aware of the consequences if he were to hurt Yunli.

Nah this family tree is wild. If Yunli gets married to Yanqing then Huaiyan would be Jing Yuan's Father in Law and Jingliu would be Huaiyan's co-grandparents in law. This would also mean Jing Yuan and Blade are brothers in law and Jingliu is Blade's Grandmother in Law. But this also means Yanqing is now Blade's Nephew in Law.

This is especially true when the disciple is an orphan or has been exiled from their clan or family, making their bond even tighter. For instance, after Yingxing lost everything to the Borisin at a young age, he was taken in by Huaiyan, who taught him everything he knew. This suggests their relationship was closer and more familial than a typical teacher-student dynamic.

It's likely he didn't mention anything and we'll get a touching moment where they reunite and then the horror on huaiyan's face when he sees what yingxing became.

Nope, boothill is still an tier 0.5 character, and yunli is only tier 1. This makes sense since Yunli (that I've seen) usually does 100k-200k while boothill can do about the same. Heck, some boothills can do even 500k+. (never seen yunli do that, but its still too early so ill wait) It doesn't make sense for him to get powercrept. Break meta is still broken lol. The only character yunli powercrept is clara, because they essentially have the same playstyle.
