Blade being a former ally to the heroes, if he attacked Dr. Strange after he said he would kill off all of the vampires, being equivalent to "amputating a limb," and he then said that he has a daughter and he doesn't want her to die, I feel like that would actually make more of a sympathetic and credible argument and it would actually lead to Dr. Strange and Clea to change their minds and try to work something out, or at least it would delay and stall them enough for some of Blade's plans and goals to be met.

Your logic is sound but that's not Blade speaking, he's clearly possessed by a villain which I won't spoil, but google how Dracula became a vampire if you wanna know before the climax

I am saying that if he had said something like that and put it that way, then Dr. Stange, being a hero and a friend, would sympathize with Blade, and he will try and see what he can do, or he will try and reason and talk to Blade about it. And whether Dr. Strange changes his mind or not, I still think that it would be a great distraction to buy some time. Maybe not a lot of time, but just a little time, because every second counts. Do you see what I am saying?

Love the Bloodhunt coverage! Appreciate all the history and perspective you bring - I wasn't aware of Blade drinking Dracula's blood for example (I read mostly x-titles), so your videos really help me get the most out of these comics.

Still here wondering what they'll reveal is the deal with Blade because he was speaking very out of character in the Dr. Strange issue. Read like some entity or other person speaking through him, but I don't see that mentioned in reviews.

The last time Morbius was seen in a comic was in Domino by Gail Simone and Dave Baldeon, and Domino and her team of Merry Mercenaries (Outlaw and Diamondback {who coincidentally has the same hair color as Blade’s daughter} had to “rescue” Morbius from a Vampire sect in Norway (of all places)

Does anyone think that Blade really turned bad? In Blood Hunt 1 you see Blade recruit Miles earlier in the story and then you see him driving the trunk that took the BloodCoven or whatever to beat the Avengers, and then kill Strange after that, so what happened to Miles? What was it that Blade wanted him to do? Did he kill him or want him for some other part of his plan? Unlikely.

miles is alive and just met up with strange astral form together with moonknight and tigra. Blade is being controlled coz he says he's been alive for thousands of years

Hey look, it's KNULL!! Oh wait, that's Dracula, and unimaginative fanboy Donny Cates just stole Dracula's whole look when he created his garbage knockoff, Knull. Anyway, this book didn't really do it for me. First of all, it was more about Bloodline than Dracula, even though it's his book. Granted, I never read Bloodline's introductory series, so I don't know much about her other than what was shown in this issue, but I just couldn't connect with her. And to me, the bright colors and cartoonish art was not a good representation for such a dark storyline. I'll still give it a chance because it's Dracula, and I like that character and his representation in Bryan Hill's Blade series.

Not to mention, isn't she supposed to be taken over for blade in the movies? They're gonna sideline bleed. Am I correct like what's the point of even covering this? @@droskie5 Why would anybody have an issue with kids? Did you miss the statement? The daughter is unimportant, not an intriguing story. Not to mention, she's overpowered. Anyway, so what's the point of covering the fact that she's getting more power? That's like ray from Star Wars. The first episode she was already stronger than every jedi. That ever lived basically. What's the point? That's why star wars sucks
