He did a very good job but I wonder why he left the belly wool on?

Its commonly done in New Zealand. The belly wool as well as the wool from around the bum and face is removed at a different times of year meaning it wont get mixed with the higher grade main fleece.

@@christinedubois7929 I have cut a persons hair, you have to use shears that have not been sharpened , need a serrated edge so the hair doesn't slide out of the shears
