I actually never thought this game franchise would have such impact on me, but the nostalgia of the music at 1:45, made me emotional. Blade and Soul was a piece of art, a diamond amongst the mmorpg genre.

To this day the combat of BnS is still the best for me. The fluidity, the visual, I was a KM player and it felt so good. And the game was made YEARSSS ago, I don't know why the publishers these days still release boring MMORPG games with boring combat.

i tested the KR server 6 months ago maybe more..I had over 300h and I have to inform its big on p2w with guild open world pvp , you could be doing dailys or boss and someone or group jump you. its also big on auto afk and have hops when you coming back you not dead.👀👀

I never played the original Blade & Soul, but I loved how they were able to capture Kim Hyeong-tae’s art style in with the characters in-game. The costumes in this sequel still look top-notch, but the faces are such a super generic manhwa style, devoid of any unique charm or character.

I believe it has to do with East Asia mainly using smartphones for playing games. Phones became powerful enough to run graphically heavy games and it has something PCs don't, portability, but yeah I feel you.

No, combat is now boring, auto mobile combat. Even on pc version, they water down so much, you might as well jam you rmb and watch something on 2nd monitor and occasionally doing mechanic.

Man, the first game was much more special. Mobile everything now... terrible. While the graphics are better for obvious generational reasons, the art style looks halfway between a generic Korean design and Hyung Tae Kim's, like they were unsure pf the direction to take. They messed up by getting rid of him.
