herta is in no way responsible for these creature existance. all she did is let ruan mei use the whole floor. these are ruan mei's creation (and stelle/caelus). ruan mei as no beef against silverwolf in particular. besides, ruan mei herself didn't know about these creatures special forms. she created them but stopped working on this project in favor for other project before discovering the critters can take such appearence. thus, she too can in no way be responsible for a lake of silverwolf variant. still, who knows. maybe one day there will be more forms added. 1 for silverwolf may be available, then.
