This man never ages! I had the pleasure of meeting him in the late 80’s early 90’s and he LITERALLY still looks the same

I was lucky enough to see A Soldiers Play along with a group of friends January 19 and Blair and the rest of the cast are amazing. Our group included my friend Deborah Riley Draper the writer/director of the documentary Olympic Pride, American Prejudice and author of the Book based on the same. We got to hang out with Blair at Sardi’s after the play. The first time I met Blair was in 2016 at the premiere of Olympic Pride, American Prejudice in Chicago and again along with his family at the LA Film Festival in 2016. Blair is an amazing actor and a wonderful human being as well. Everyone should see his powerful performance in A Soldiers Play and watch the documentary Olympic Pride, American Prejudice.

You know what, shout out to DB (at 7:17) man. I swear every time he asks a question, it is something of substance. I've always liked guys who are not only fans, but show genuine interest in the people they interview. No slight against the others on this show because I enjoy them as well, but if I am ever interviewed by someone, it would be a person like DB. I'm not at Blair Underwood's level yet, but eventually....I will. I've always had respect for his talents and he seems like a cool dude. Dope interview!

Blair and his brother Frank are multi-talented icons! They are definitely family men too.😘 I remember when Blair was on The Phil Donahue Show and he was educating the audience that Yahweh is black, and you should have seen the facial expressions, and the resistance they looked like they wanted to lynch him. He was speaking his truth about what he knows, he was very informative, profound, and he bought receipts. Those folks did NOT like that. Blair lit it up at that show. Folks then began to say it doesn't matter what color he was! 😄😁 I was like why y'all mad. We had a white Jesus for thousands of years, and now when this black brother came with his truth then folks were uncomfortable.

Wonderful discussion. This play, this interview and the current situation of our people in this world fits the Negro Prophecies in Deuteronomy 28. We are the only people on the universe who fit these prophecies.

He doesn't have to say it...just look at his wife. I say...love who you love...but it seems a dark skin black man don't want no dark skin black woman. I just find that a bit oddl. His wife's last name is Decosta. She looks mixed or ambiguous.
