Yes agree! Blair was NOT the least confident, and in fact, I love how they portrayed her character to show her vulnerabilities. She is HUMAN (like the rest of us) so we all have insecurities....BUT seriously half the crap she pulled off on that show was mind blowing!!! I venture to say that half the folks here can say they could have pulled any of that off. She is super strong in her own way definitely owns this song - I don't care what anyone says on the contrary! You will NEVER convince me otherwise. Without Chuck & Blair the show would have been lacking!

She didn't know how to be friends and she didn't have real friends, she was a fake and her environment was the same. At the beginning of the series, we see how Jennie tried to join this society, but she almost distanced herself from her native people. Her "confidence" is a mask of low self-esteem, her parents don't care about her, everyone lives on their own, humiliating others, she assert oneself.

I don't know about others but external things boost my confidence for example my appearance, money, degree, my health(thankfully my brain,senses,body still working good) support of my family, my own talent, skills smart hardwork all these things add up to my confidence, if I had more money I would be so confident even far more confident than I am now... Confidence is acquired in certain skills by doing hard and smart work in particular field if you have a good teacher or teachers it adds up to your confidence... It can never be the only internal phenomenon when it comes to living in society... My good parents, siblings definitely add up to my confidence and if I had a loyal committed honest handsome life partner of my age of my wishes I would be even more horribly terribly confident... Definitely external things add up to my internal confidence in most of the things in my life, in society
