The inner ear is what allows us to detect and keep our balance - when the motion your inner ear detects is different than the motion you are actually going that’s when you get dizzy. Blake has *four* ears, which means she usually has impeccable balance but when she gets thrown off she gets thrown off HARD

Ive finally gotten back to watching RWBY. Had to catch up starring with Season 6. Now Im at S8. Before that, it was YEARS since I watched it. I dont remember it ever being explained how Ruby's semblance works. I also dont remember her using it to carry multiple people. So this was definitely her first time doing it. The semblance works Star Trek teleporter style, you're broken down & reassembled. I thought it was weird that Blake was the one dizzy, and maybe it was a cat thing. But the Star Trek style teleport that Spaceballs made fun of, that would spook ANYBODY. And its no wonder Ruby had to take a breather.
