It’s been going on 9 years. We’ve seen them together on the ranch in Oklahoma and at kids’ ball games in LA. We’ve seen them perform on stage together. We’ve seen them on the tv together with the Voice, Barmaggedon, Super Bowl commercial, Gwen’s Christmas special, etc They are becoming that classic couple at this point.

You’re hilarious. By Forbes latest Gwen is worth $180 million to Blake’s $140 million. She doesn’t need his money. That’s one thing he doesn’t have to worry about. The house they are doing these interviews in is their LA home that Gwen bought for $13 million in 2020. Blake built their home in Oklahoma on his ranch. It was estimated to be about $5 million. He says in one of these interview clips that he got the better deal because OK is cheaper than CA. They both were multi millionaires and superstars before they got together. Neither one of them are in it for anything but love.

Oh and Gwen isn’t trying to keep up with the Joneses. She actually downsized when she bought their Encino home. The home in Beverly Hills she had when they met was a $25 million home. When she sold that in 2020, she bought a smaller, less expensive home further out of LA. And she lived in Blake’s hunting lodge in Oklahoma for years including during the pandemic. He built them the beautiful family home on the ranch as a wedding present to her in 2021.

Blake and Gwen have had close to 9 years to get used to it. They both have said they’re counting on forever. They will both continue to get older like all of us. Looks change, jobs change, health changes. If it’s real love, you support one another through those things and your love continues to grow. That’s what Blake was saying in his beautiful wedding vow song to Gwen “We Can Reach the Stars”. The line “a little rain land a little sun- that’s what makes the flowers grow” is talking about that. You go through the hard times in life together and it makes your love blossom and grow.

And she’s been in the business for 30+ years and had hit songs in every genre. She’s sold over 160 million records (more than Blake and Miranda combined) so no Blake is not more famous than her. In fact he’d laugh at what you are saying. They are both superstars. Of course Blake has given her some beautiful expensive rings. She likes jewelry and he’s a loving, generous man. Most husbands do buy their wives nice jewelry. Gwen could clearly afford to buy those herself but a gift from Blake means more.

It’s called love. He loves her as a person. She’s beautiful, successful, kind, honest, loyal, faithful, and loves him. She has more money and fame than him so she needs nothing from him but his love. Much better than him being with some young gold digger that is only after his money or what he could do for their career. Gwen loves being in Oklahoma with him. Even his ex kept her own house in Oklahoma instead of living with him and said that that small town was stifling her creativity. She spent most of her time in Nashville and on the road. Blake is lucky that he has a wife now who is settled, and loves him dearly including the things that are important to him.

Gwen was faithful to her cheating ex for 20 years. She loves Blake as he is and doesn’t try to change him. She has grown to love the things that are important to Blake too like country music and Oklahoma. She would’ve never let her kids get so attached to Blake if she didn’t think it would last. In Blake’s own words he has said Gwen is everything you hope a human being could be and that she has made him a better person by example. She won’t hurt him.

It happened in middle age when everything isn’t shiny and new and there have already been disappointments. That says that this is real, mature love. Not based on how someone looks or what they can do for you.
