The most important thing in my opinion is to remember the following: Treyarch today is not the Treyarch that made BO1&2. Infinity Ward today is not the Infintiy Ward that made the original MW trilogy. Sledgehammer Games today is not the Sledgehammer Games that made AW & COD WWII. A lot of the people that worked on those games have already come and gone, including some of the lead devs. Set your expectations back to neutral, or at least to what's been made starting from MW2019.

Just make sure if you play the beta for Bo6 make sure you pay attention to the matchmaking and the connection. When I played the mw3 beta with my buddy he was sold on the game and he's normally against buying cod. What made his decision is we could play together and we felt like we were winning every game and like no connection issues to boot hell I was sold too because it was a fun nostalgia trip. Then mw3 released and my friend couldn't play with me(I'm a higher skilled player) and he had more time playing the beta then mw3 post release to the present and we played mw3 beta for like 6 hrs. And the connection issues like high latency, latency variation, and packet burst all at the same time. I don't have the best internet but it is literally only cod that does this for the games I play. The point of all this is that this game is coming from the same parent company and they're way to good at making the game look and feel great up til a month past launch then it's shit. It's been every cod since mw2019.

One thing I've learnt about killing a juggernaut (or weaking it to near death) the best way you do it is by picking it's armour with hit and runs until it breaks before using the full amount of firepower you have Cod the supposed juggernaut of FPS has had it's armour picked off over the last 5 years of cod's life because of their own games and failures and now another FPS is using a full amount of full amount to either bring them to near death (so cod can finish themselves off) or finish them off as an act of mercy But either way I'm calling it by the time it gets to 2030 cod is in a coffin and buried as a memory worth forgetting no way it makes it pass 2030

I think it's funny how CoD is supposed to be a "live service game", while clinging on to the yearly release cycle. I've been calling for the end of the yearly CoD cycle for years. I am done dealing with buggy launches, game isn't stable until halfway through the game lifecycle (having bled off the majority of the player base by then), and once the game is starting to really hit its stride, we have a new dumpster fire coming out! Enough is enough... TY Ubisoft for finally releasing an actual competitor to CoD. Hopefully Activision actually takes pride in their work again, and actually delivers a truly good CoD for the first time in TOO long...
