You need to count the material to get it I mean yeah vegeta op but you need to evolve it 4 time and the last evolve really hard to get for the new player who just reach lv 100 The past foundar may have higher hp summon but have a long cd and sometimes decelerate could be annoying so for new player could get freezer until you have a good team to solo the raid or just use ymir Again what I say is just for a new player who might not have speed wagon or idol

Madara has very good damage and AoE+ cheap ultimate TS with black flames that you can even get in STORY, huge range, a rewind ability that can be stacked with another rewind. Madara is just built different. Sukuna, Vegeta, and Hiei are just pure damage.
