The design of the loop (loop radius, loop length and loop depth) depends on the specific material data to be processed (e.g. steel or aluminum, different yield strengths of the material), the system output (maximum stroke rate of the scissors) and the max. part lengths. In the case shown, max. part lengths of up to 4500mm are cut. This requires a correspondingly large loop content and thus leads to a large loop.
