Here are Blaque Diamond wheels, perfect fitment is our main priority. But how do we achieve perfect fitment? All of our wheels start off as blanks. Each order received is catered to the person's specific vehicle. Our in-house machining allows us to provide you with the perfect fitment. There are three steps in our drilling process.
1.) Back Pad Shaving: To achieve your desired wheel offset, we offer precise back pad shaving using CNC machining. This process involves carefully removing material from the back of the wheel to adjust its position on the vehicle's hub.
2.) Open Hub: Building on the custom offset achieved through back pad shaving, we move on to precise hub machining. This involves carefully modifying the wheel's center bore for a hub-centric fit, meaning the wheel centers directly on the vehicle's hub to avoid vibration issues.
3.) Custom Drilling: We stock un-drilled "wheel blanks" that are ready to be customized using our HAAS VF-5SS drilling machine to match any vehicle's unique bolt pattern. This approach ensures you're not restricted to pre-drilled options that may not be the perfect fit for your car.
